Welcome to the Poster Presentation Guidelines for IWJC-Korea 2027. This page provides essential instructions for poster presenters, including schedule information, poster preparation specifications, and guidelines for set-up, presentation, and removal.

Please review the following information thoroughly to ensure a smooth and successful presentation of your research.

Poster Presentation Schedule

The detailed poster presentation schedule, including the set-up, presentation, and removal times, will be announced on the conference website at a later date.

Presenters are requested to check their assigned poster number, presentation date, and session time in advance.

Poster Preparation

  • Posters must be prepared in English.
  • The maximum poster size is 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
  • Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation.
  • Each poster should clearly include the following information:
    1 Paper title
    2 Author name(s)
    3 Affiliation(s)
    4 Research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  • The title, text, figures, tables, and illustrations should be large and clear enough to be easily read from approximately 1 meter away.
  • Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference venue.
  • Each poster must be displayed only on the board bearing the assigned poster number.

Poster Set-up and Presentation

Set-up / Presentation
  • Presenters must attach their posters to the designated poster boards during the assigned set-up time.
  • Materials required for attaching posters will be provided at the poster presentation area.
  • Presenters are required to stand by their posters during the assigned presentation time to explain their work and respond to questions from participants.
  • If a presenter is unable to attend the assigned poster session due to unavoidable circumstances, the IWJC-Korea 2027 Secretariat must be notified in advance.
Poster Removal
  • Posters must be removed by the presenter during the designated removal time.
  • The Secretariat is not responsible for any posters left after the removal deadline.
  • Posters remaining on the boards after the designated time may be discarded without prior notice.

Recording, photographing, copying, or distributing presentation materials without the presenter’s permission is prohibited in order to protect copyrights and intellectual property rights.
